3DE Schools by Junior Achievement re-engineers high school education to be more relevant, experiential, and authentically-connected to the complexities of the real world in order to prepare today’s students for the demands of tomorrow’s economy.
Designed to solve barriers to opportunity, 3DE Schools bring relevance and application across content using case methodology. By integrating the business community and industry in systematic ways it lifts competencies for competitiveness. 3DE Schools systematically address the structural inequalities in education by providing access to in-demand careers, fostering school stability through engagement, and building a culture of inclusionary instruction and individual value.
The six 3DE Schools in Tampa Bay will provide all students with equitable access to high quality education that unlocks their learning and meets the demands of the future economy.

Watch as Dani and Kenyon, St. Petersburg HS 3DE students, lead you through the 3DE by Junior Achievement journey that students experience from initial introductions as freshmen to consulting local businesses as seniors.
Connecting students to the real world
The 3DE College & Career Summit brings together over 30 companies from a variety of industries in one place where 3DE students from across Tampa Bay learn more about educational and career opportunities after they graduate high school.
Culminating Entrepreneurial Skills
The 3DE Innovators Showcase, presented by Raymond James, brings together 11th-grade student-built companies to pitch and exhibit their ideas to Junior Achievement partners, community leaders, entrepreneurs, and business professionals. The top company from each school pitches its ideas to a panel of judges from Raymond James leadership.
